Water in Oil Monitors

The NuFlo Water Cut Analyzer represents a new and very successful approach to using capacitance technology to measure the water content in oil/water dispersions. The patented Single Electrode Capacitanc (SeCaP) technology uses a single, isolated oscilator element to measure the dielectric properties of oil/water/gas mixtures and provides a reading of the percentage of water in the mixture. This allows for a sensitive (up to 50 ppm), full range (0 to 100%), high accuracy (0.1% to 1%) device with a working pressure of 450 bar that provides a full bore, non-instrusive solution for pipe diameters that range from 2 to 12 inches.
