Hardy ANY-WEIGH Floor Scales

The HI AFS Series of floor scales can be used for general process (mount a machine or vessel to it) pallet, drum, or shipping weighing applications. They feature a rugged structural rib design with a ¼ inch thick steel smooth or diamond plate deck that can withstand over loads of up to 150% of their capacity. Their low height of three inches and 100% end loading allow the easy access and maneuvering of all types of load handling equip met such as drum movers, pallet jacks or fork lifts onto the scale.

Hermetically Sealed ADVANTAGE™ Load Sensors
The heart of any scale is the load sensor. All ANY-WEIGH™ floor scales come standard with stainless steel, true hermetically sealed sensors sealed at both the gauging area and cable entry for long life. All are matched and calibrated for mV/V and mV/V/ohm. This eliminates the need for corner adjustment potentiometers from the internal summing card and allows a sensor to be replaced with out recalibrating.

Hardy ANY-WEIGH Bench Scales

Hardy Instruments ANY-WEIGH Bench Scales can be used for general check weighing or filling applications, placed under a feeder for loss-in-weight, or for general QA laboratory work. The scale is resistant to moisture with a stainless steel top, powder coated steel base, and conformal-coated internal circuitry, but is not intended for immersion in liquids or severe wash down applications.

Sizes
They are available in two standard sizes with multiple capacities. They range in height from 1.54in (39.1mm) to 2.05in (52.1mm).
